ACUERDO COMPLEMENTARIO PARA LA COOPERACION Y ASISTENCIA TECNICA EN DEFENSA Y SEGURIDAD ENTRE LOS GOBIERNOS DE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA-Contiene obligaciones ex novo para el Estado colombiano, as\u00ed como una extensi\u00f3n de la (A. 288\/10<\/a>)<\/p>\n

ACUERDO COMPLEMENTARIO PARA LA COOPERACION Y ASISTENCIA TECNICA EN DEFENSA Y SEGURIDAD ENTRE LOS GOBIERNOS DE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA-Decisi\u00f3n desconoce las normas internacionales sobre terminaci\u00f3n de los Acuerdos o Tra (S.V.\u00a0A. 288\/10<\/a>)<\/p>\n

ACUERDO COMPLEMENTARIO PARA LA COOPERACION Y ASISTENCIA TECNICA EN DEFENSA Y SEGURIDAD ENTRE LOS GOBIERNOS DE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA-Es formalmente un acuerdo simplificado pero su contenido material regula asuntos prop (A. 288\/10<\/a>)<\/p>\n

ACUERDO COMPLEMENTARIO PARA LA COOPERACION Y ASISTENCIA TECNICA EN DEFENSA Y SEGURIDAD ENTRE LOS GOBIERNOS DE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA-Es un acuerdo simplificado y por tanto la Corte Constitucional no es competente (S.V.\u00a0A. 288\/10<\/a>)<\/p>\n

ACUERDO COMPLEMENTARIO PARA LA COOPERACION Y ASISTENCIA TECNICA EN DEFENSA Y SEGURIDAD ENTRE LOS GOBIERNOS DE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA-No puede surtir efectos en el ordenamiento interno colombiano hasta tanto cumpla con (A. 288\/10<\/a>)<\/p>\n
