line-height: normal\">  ELECCION DE GERENTES DE EMPRESAS SOCIALES DEL ESTADO-Inicialmente por Decreto  139 de 1996 eran nombrados por el jefe de la entidad territorial de terna  propuesta por la Junta Directiva de la entidad.\u00a0<a style=\"color: blue;
