margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">DECRETO 2467 DE 1981 <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">(septiembre \u00a010) \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">por el cual se adiciona el \u00a0Presupuesto de Ingresos y Gastos del Fondo Vial Nacional de la actual vigencia, \u00a0en la suma de $ 3.195.194.090.00. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">El \u00a0Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia, en uso de sus facultades legales, y \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">CONSIDERANDO: \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Que \u00a0el Gobierno Nacional mediante la Ley \u00a0n\u00famero 54 del 20 de agosto de 1981, adiciona el Presupuesto de Ingresos y \u00a0Gastos del Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas y Transporte \u00a0\u2014Fondo Vial Nacional\u2014, \u00a0en la suma de $ 3.195.194.090.00 (tres mil ciento noventa y cinco millones \u00a0ciento noventa y cuatro mil noventa pesos moneda corriente). \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Que \u00a0la mencionada suma se debe incorporar al Presupuesto de Ingresos y Gastos del \u00a0Fondo Vial Nacional de la vigencia fiscal de 1981, de conformidad con \u00a0disposiciones legales vigentes. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Que \u00a0se han cumplido los requisitos legales necesarios, \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">DECRETA: \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Art\u00edculo \u00a01\u00b0 Adici\u00f3nase el Presupuesto de Ingresos del Fondo Vial Nacional para la \u00a0vigencia fiscal de 1981, en la cantidad de $ 3.195.194.090.000 (tres mil ciento \u00a0noventa y cinco millones ciento noventa y cuatro mil noventa pesos, moneda \u00a0corriente), seg\u00fan el siguiente detalle: \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">PRESUPUESTO DE INGRESOS \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0;
