margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">POR EL CUAL SE APRUEBA EL ACUERDO N\u00daMERO 059 DE 1988 \u00a0 \u00a0QUE MODIFICA PARCIALMENTE LA PLANTA DE PERSONAL DEL INSTITUTO DE CREDITO \u00a0 \u00a0TERRITORIAL. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">El Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia, en \u00a0 \u00a0ejercicio de las facultades conferidas por el art\u00edculo 74 del Decreto n\u00famero \u00a0 \u00a01042 de 1978, \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">DECRETA: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">ARTICULO \u00a0 \u00a01\u00ba \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Apru\u00e9base en todas sus partes el Acuerdo n\u00famero 059 de 1988 \u00a0 \u00a0emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Cr\u00e9dito Territorial, cuyo texto \u00a0 \u00a0es el siguiente: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">&lt;&lt;ACUERDO N\u00daMERO 059 DE 1988 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">por el cual se modifica parcialmente la planta de \u00a0 \u00a0personal del Instituto de Cr\u00e9dito Territorial. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">La Junta Directiva del Instituto de Cr\u00e9dito \u00a0 \u00a0Territorial, en uso de sus atribuciones estatutarias, y \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">CONSIDERANDO: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Que \u00a0 \u00a0mediante el Decreto \u00a0 \u00a0n\u00famero 1815 del 5 de septiembre de 1988 que aprob\u00f3 el Acuerdo n\u00famero 022 \u00a0 \u00a0del 2 de junio de 1988, se cre\u00f3 la Oficina de Urab\u00e1, dependiente de la Regional \u00a0 \u00a0Antioquia. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Que es \u00a0 \u00a0necesario determinar la planta de cargos para el funcionamiento de dicha \u00a0 \u00a0dependencia Regional del ICT. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Que en \u00a0 \u00a0cumplimiento de las pol\u00edticas de reducci\u00f3n del gasto p\u00fablico ordenada por el \u00a0 \u00a0Gobierno Nacional, se suprimen 7 cargos de la planta de personal de la Regional \u00a0 \u00a0Antioquia con sede en Medell\u00edn, y 3 de la Regional Bol\u00edvar Oficina Zona \u00a0 \u00a0Suroriental de Cartagena para conformar una planta m\u00ednima de 9 cargos para la \u00a0 \u00a0operaci\u00f3n de la Oficina de Urab\u00e1, lo cual conlleva una reducci\u00f3n en los costos \u00a0 \u00a0de n\u00f3mina mensual por valor de $9.300.00. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">ACUERDA: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Art\u00edculo \u00a0 \u00a04\u00ba \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Este Acuerdo deroga el Acuerdo n\u00famero 023 de 1988 y rige a partir \u00a0 \u00a0de la fecha de su expedici\u00f3n y requiere para su validez la aprobaci\u00f3n del \u00a0 \u00a0Gobierno Nacional. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0;
