Las disposiciones contenidas en el \u00a0 \u00a0presente Decreto regir\u00e1n para los empleados p\u00fablicos que desempe\u00f1an las \u00a0 \u00a0funciones propias de los diferentes empleos del Servicio Nacional de \u00a0 \u00a0Aprendizaje, SENA: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">ARTICULO 2o. A partir del 1\u00ba. de enero de 1990, \u00a0 \u00a0establ\u00e9cense las siguientes escalas de remuneraci\u00f3n para las distintas \u00a0 \u00a0denominaciones de empleos del SENA: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">a. El SENA reconocer\u00e1 y pagar\u00e1 a sus \u00a0 \u00a0empleados p\u00fablicos de tiempo completo un subsidio mensual de alimentaci\u00f3n en \u00a0 \u00a0cuant\u00eda equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del salario m\u00ednimo legal mensual \u00a0 \u00a0vigente. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">Al personal comprendido dentro del Grupo Ocupacional \u00a0 \u00a0Directivo se le reconocer\u00e1 y pagar\u00e1 un subsidio mensual de alimentaci\u00f3n \u00a0 \u00a0equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del salario m\u00ednimo legal mensual vigente \u00a0 \u00a0para el a\u00f1o de 1989. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">No se tendr\u00e1 derecho a este subsidio cuando el \u00a0 \u00a0funcionario se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones o en uso de licencia \u00a0 \u00a0superior a quince (15) d\u00edas. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">ARTICULO 5o. Las asignaciones fijadas en el presente Decreto \u00a0 \u00a0corresponden a empleos de car\u00e1cter permanente y de tiempo completo. Los empleos \u00a0 \u00a0permanentes de tiempo parcial se remunerar\u00e1n en forma proporcional al tiempo trabajado, \u00a0 \u00a0salvo para lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 3o del presente Decreto. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">PARAGRAFO. A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto \u00a0 \u00a0a la asignaci\u00f3n mensual fijada por la escala de remuneraci\u00f3n para los empleos \u00a0 \u00a0de Celadores, corresponde una jornada de trabajo de cuarenta y cuatro (44) \u00a0 \u00a0horas semanales. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">ARTICULO 7o. En ning\u00fan caso la remuneraci\u00f3n total de \u00a0 \u00a0los empleados p\u00fablicos del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje-SENA-podr\u00e1 exceder \u00a0 \u00a0la que corresponda a los Ministros y Jefes de Departamento Administrativo, por \u00a0 \u00a0concepto de Asignaci\u00f3n B\u00e1sica y Gastos de Representaci\u00f3n. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">ARTICULO 8o. La bonificaci\u00f3n por servicios prestados a \u00a0 \u00a0que tienen derecho los empleados del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje-SENA-, \u00a0 \u00a0continuar\u00e1 reconoci\u00e9ndose en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en el art\u00edculo 10 del \u00a0 \u00a0 Decreto 415 de 1979 y en cuant\u00eda \u00a0 \u00a0equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la asignaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica para sueldos \u00a0 \u00a0hasta de ciento diecinueve mil setecientos pesos ($119.700.00) M\/cte. y del \u00a0 \u00a0treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) para sueldos superiores a la suma antes \u00a0 \u00a0indicada. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">ARTICULO 9o. La prima de navegaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 equivalente \u00a0 \u00a0al valor de un (1) d\u00eda del salario m\u00ednimo legal, por cada d\u00eda de navegaci\u00f3n que \u00a0 \u00a0realicen los funcionarios de los Centros N\u00e1uticos Pesqueros. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">ARTICULO 10.
