{"id":40854,"date":"2023-07-28T17:08:55","date_gmt":"2023-07-28T17:08:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dmsjuridica.com\/buscador_20179478954\/legislacion\/decretos\/2023\/07\/28\/decreto-1352-de-2008\/"},"modified":"2023-07-28T17:08:55","modified_gmt":"2023-07-28T17:08:55","slug":"decreto-1352-de-2008","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dmsjuridica.com\/buscador_20179478954\/legislacion\/decretos\/2023\/07\/28\/decreto-1352-de-2008\/","title":{"rendered":"DECRETO 1352 DE 2008"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>DECRETO \u00a01352 DE 2008 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>(abril 25) \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>por el cual se modifica la planta de personal del Departamento \u00a0Administrativo de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El Presidente de la \u00a0Rep\u00fablica de Colombia, en ejercicio de las facultades constitucionales y \u00a0legales, en especial las que le confiere el numeral 14 del art\u00edculo 189 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica y \u00a0el art\u00edculo 115 de la Ley 489 de 1998, y \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Que el Departamento \u00a0Administrativo de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica present\u00f3 al Departamento \u00a0Administrativo de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, la justificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de que trata el \u00a0art\u00edculo 46 de la Ley 909 de 2004, para \u00a0efectos de modificar su planta de personal, encontr\u00e1ndola ajustada t\u00e9cnicamente \u00a0y emitiendo en consecuencia, concepto t\u00e9cnico favorable; \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Que para los fines del \u00a0presente decreto se cuenta con el concepto favorable de la Direcci\u00f3n General \u00a0del Presupuesto P\u00fablico Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>DECRETA: \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0.
