POR MEDIO DE LA CUAL SE APRUEBA EL \u00abACUERDO ENTRE LA REP\u00daBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y LA REP\u00daBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA SOBRE EL TRANSPORTE INTERNACIONAL DE CARGA Y PASAJEROS POR CARRETERA\u00bb, SUSCRITO EN CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, REP\u00daBLICA DE COLOMBIA, EL 10 DE AGOSTO DE 2014<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visto el texto del \u00abACUERDO ENTRE LA REP\u00daBLICA DE COLOMBIA y LA REP\u00daBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA SOBRE EL TRANSPORTE INTERNACIONAL DE CARGA Y PASAJEROS POR CARRETERA\u00bb, SUSCRITO EN CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, REP\u00daBLICA DE COLOMBIA, EL 10 DE AGOSTO DE 2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se adjunta copia fiel y completa del texto del Acuerdo, certificada por el Coordinador (E) del Grupo Interno de Trabajo de Tratados de la Direcci\u00f3n de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos Internacionales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, documento que reposa en el archivo del Grupo Interno de Trabajo de Tratados y que consta en treinta y siete (37) folios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO<\/strong> PRIMERO<\/strong>: Apru\u00e9bese el \u00abACUERDO ENTRE LA REP\u00daBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y LA REP\u00daBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA SOBRE EL TRANSPORTE INTERNACIONAL DE CARGA Y PASAJEROS POR CARRETERA\u00bb, suscrito en Cartagena de Indias, Rep\u00fablica de Colombia, el 1\u00b0 de Agosto de 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO<\/strong> SEGUNDO<\/strong>: De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo. 10 de la 7a Ley de 1944, el \u00abACUERDO ENTRE LA REP\u00daBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y LA REP\u00daBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA SOBRE EL TRANSPORTE INTERNACIONAL DE CARGA Y PASAJEROS POR CARRETERA\u00bb, suscrito en Cartagena de Indias, Rep\u00fablica de Colombia, el 1\u00b0 de Agosto de 2014, que por el art\u00edculo primero de esta Ley se aprueba, obligar\u00e1 a la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el v\u00ednculo internacional respecto del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ART\u00cdCULO<\/strong> TERCERO<\/strong>: La presente Ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
